We’re passionate about what we do in the region and we know that success is based on better informed decisions through local insight.

We are leading chartered surveyors and property consultants for business parks, industrial space, warehouses, office space and other commercial property – because that’s been our focus for the last 50 years.

What’s the difference between a problem and an opportunity?

It’s all a matter of perspective. When we first started in 1973, Central London was on its way up and the M4 corridor was moving at a hundred miles an hour. We were early identifiers of what we call the corridor of ‘Eastern Promise’ – and have continued to build our reputation through the promotion of this dynamic area, with ongoing commercial property development.

Fast forward to today and our reputation has spread further afield. Long term relationships have been built on trust, honesty and constant striving to do the best for our clients. This has resulted in Derrick Wade Waters now working on projects across the country, from Warrington to Wimbledon.
