Asset Management
- Define Tenant Mix strategy with the owner.
- Work with the owner to promote the Property within its catchment, including any BID where applicable and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the amalgamation or subdivision of units to meet changing end user space requirement.
- Work with the Property Manager and the tenants to establish marketing initiatives and budget as part of any formal service charge.
- Work with Letting Agents to create a marketing pack for any void units, including letting plans and data on footfall, extending to a full letting brochure if required.
- Work with the Property Manager on design standards and potential refurbishments.
- Working alongside the Property Manager – Refresh the Centre Regulations in so far as they are not in the lease or need to be separately documented re; shop window stickers, signage and A-Boards.
- Working alongside the Property Manager – Refresh the public facing common areas.
- Development of Strategic Annual Business Plan.
- Work with the Property Manager on lease events management and lease regears.
- Work with the Property Manager to minimise Landlord liabilities on vacant areas. Specifically: rates mitigation and satisfying Insurer’s requirements for void property.
- Liaise with PR and Marketing agencies to elevate and promote Brand awareness.
