If a deal isn’t right, we’ll speak up. If a client needs to hear something, but we know they won’t like it, we’ll still speak up. We build long-term relationships, and know that sometimes a fast ‘no’ counts more than a slow ‘yes.’
Spreadsheets don’t make our decisions for us. We treat every case on its merits, and invest in trust as much as deals. We’re always open to new information, and like to stay curious. So, while we base all our actions on robust data and insight, we never underestimate the human element.
