Our Building Consultancy team are experienced in a wide range of disciplines. Whilst many of our instructions comprise an individual survey and report, legal assistance or project works, often our clients have multiple requirements for their property and we are able to provide a bespoke service that best addresses their commercial needs.
- Pre-Acquisition Report – freehold or leasehold, a thorough survey and detailed report to comprehensively inform our client of the property in question
- Dilapidations – advise at lease expiry re dilapidations, valuations and lease covenants to both landlords and tenants
- Party Wall – acting as either Building Owner’s or Adjoining Owner’s surveyor and other neighbourly matters
- Schedules of Condition – a thorough photographic and written description of the property to record the condition
- Planned Preventative Maintenance – a report and schedule advising on the property’s annual future maintenance requirements and costs
- Reinstatement Cost Assessment – required for Building’s Insurance
- Building Pathology – defect diagnosis
- Alterations & Refurbishment Projects – design, specification, administration, statutory approvals, CDM construction health & safety for all building types and uses
- Internal & External Decoration Projects – specification, administration, CDM health & safety for all building types and uses
- Project Management and Employer’s Agent – project co-ordination and design team management, including contract administration
