We are fully committed to meeting the demands of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations in all aspects of design work. Our CDM Co-ordinator duties (formally Planning Supervisor under CDM 1994) cover the various requirements of Health & Safety legislation including:
- Notifying the HSE of the project
- Ensuring co-operation between designers
- Producing the Pre-Tender Health & Safety Plan
- Advising the client on CDM matters
- Advising on the Construction Phase Health & Safety Plan
- Ensuring that the Health & Safety File is produced
Our extensive experience in the role of CDM co-ordinator covers both the management of our own designs as well as standalone consultancy for third party project designs.
